Free Softwares to Convert/Create PDF

Best thing about these sites is that they provide their software for free and with some, you can convert those PDF’s online, without downloading any software.

I actually compared the quality of PDF files created with PDFcreator and PDF995. The later turned out to make better PDFs. Just a suggestion to add their service into the list or try them first and see the difference. There is drawback though: every time you convert files e.g. word to a pdf it pops up a reminder in a window for a premium versions. But the quality pays off.
