1- Fix Internet Explorer

This utility is fixes the crashes of Internet Explorer and ensures smooth browsing operations. The utility comes compressed in a small ZIP archive of which the contents you can simply extract and use. Make sure to close all open Internet Explorer windows before running the utility.

4- Windows Access Panel

Windows Access Panel is your one stop to access all important aspects of your Windows. Here is how the panel looks like:

To access the objects/utilities listed in the panel, one would need to access the Control Panel first and then be able to adjust/modify the settings. However, with the help of the Access Panel, all you do is click on the relevant icon to be taken directly to the settings you want to change.

2- 7stacks

7stacks is an easy to use, free app that lets Windows 7 (and Vista and XP) users have “stacks” of icons in their Taskbar (in 7) or QuickLaunch Toolbar (in Vista and XP). By using stacks, users can reduce icon clutter, and combine a group of related icons into a single icon. For instance, if you use application suites such as Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, or Adobe CS4, you can have all the suite’s icons combined into one icon!

You can also use it to browse and access documents within a folder very quickly. Usually, when you want to edit a series of frequently used documents, you’d have to either launch the app, and go to File>Open, or open the (My) Computer icon and go into your (My) Documents folder and pick the file you want. With 7stacks, just create a stack to that document’s folder, and open that document in a couple of clicks.

It’s a nifty application that delays the applicatons in your startup menu to run after a certain amount of time. For example, you can delay Java Updater to wait 10 minutes after startup, this way, your computer will boot faster and you can still have those applications running but after a small delay.

Another new feature in Skype 4.0 Beta 3 is Abuse Reporting. Skype users always confront people who they don’t know, adding them up as a friend. When you someone, you’ll see this feature and you can report unwanted authorisation requests which a small number of skype users are experiencing. Other small features include improvements in their Call Toolbar, return of Outlook Contacts, Group Conversations adjustments and much more.

Last but not least, users who are used to the old Skype interface can switch back to the Classic interface they are used to through the options.
