It’s called Savor Chat. What it does is,  allows Twitter friends to sign in with OAuth,  Facebook friends to use Facebook Connect, create a chat room and let that selected bunch chat with each other. It basically is a very simple FREE group chat application for Facebook and Twitter users which can be used for Online networking meetings, Collaborative project discussions, Complement conference calls, Live discussions with friends about a game and much more.
