1 - Uninstall msn beta 9 through control panel.

It’s the basic procedure for the uknown. Go to your control panel by clicking start > Control panel. You’ll see Programs and feature button, click it and it will show you all installed applications including msn 9. Choose it and click uninstall on top and it might do the job for you.

If those softwares doesn’t work, you can always try Zap Messenger or a program created by microsoft to remove WLM 9.0 beta3 which basically is a Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.
